The Victorian Gentleman returns to present the Christmas M.R. James Ghost Stories at Moyse's Hall Museum.

Moyse's Hall is holding an afternoon reading of two classic stories from the pen of the master story teller Monty James.

The format as usual will be two stories told either side of a break for nibbles and an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink.

The readings will be held in the classroom on the ground floor of the museum.

The refreshments are included in the ticket price.

The stories this year are:
'The Ash Tree' and 'The Stalls of Barchester Cathedral'.

Do not worry, the doors will be secured and the bars are still on the windows from when it was a prison. The Victorian Gentleman will have the key, so you can relax, do you not think?

Suitable for 18 years and over.
